More than 13,000 national and local residents participate in our three and a half day conference. Below highlights the demographics for the 2014 Conference registered attendees.

Although attendees are primarily African Americans, the conference attracts a diverse audience. Attendance by the leadership of Urban League affiliates is very strong and one of the fastest growing conference demographics is young professionals between ages 21 and 40. These are primarily members of Urban League Young Professionals Chapters across the country. Local community participation is highest in the Expo and the Career & Networking Fair.
